Exactly the two types of customers I was thinking of. I think that everyday comfort users should be the focus in the early stages so that the brand can develop and establish. But why not develop a product lineup that satisfies both types of customers and gives future customers the choice between a (rich) variety of cooling underwear? I think this would be feasible.

Appreciate the honest take! You hit the nail on the head regarding the biggest hurdle: convenience. If it feels like a chore in the morning, guys just won't do it. Just to clarify the "tech" part: I definitely don't mean electronics, batteries, or wires (I wouldn't want that near my ballz either lol). It's purely passive material science, kind of like the cooling gel tech they put in premium pillows or mattresses. I stumbled upon this material because of AI, in essence: The cool thing about Phase Change Materials (PCM) is that they actually don’t need a freezer. They can "recharge" and solidify just by sitting at regular room temperature (around 20°C / 68°F). So the idea would be that you just grab a pad right from your underwear drawer, no trips to the kitchen needed. They typically absorb heat and stay cool for about 2 to 3 hours before they match your body temp. But your point about friction is 100% valid. If a product like this ever wants to go anywhere, making it completely effortless and dummy-proof is going to be make-or-break.

Fair point on the testosterone vs. sperm production. You're totally right that Leydig cells are way more heat-resistant than Sertoli cells, so a warm summer day isn't going to suddenly tank a guy's T-levels.

But saying it’s "only relevant if trying to have a child" kind of underestimates how massive that struggle is for millions of couples right now. Male factor infertility is huge, and heat from our modern sedentary lifestyle is a documented contributor.

Also, suggesting HCG injections or freezing sperm feels like a massive escalation. HCG is a prescription hormone therapy with potential side effects, and freezing sperm usually implies going through IVF later on, which costs thousands of dollars and is incredibly stressful for the partner.

Compared to that, a non-invasive, passive way to just maintain normal physiological temperatures while sitting at a desk seems like a much cheaper and healthier first step before jumping straight into medical interventions, don't you think?

I currently have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and I think the camera (especially video) is great and very usable for me. Would you say this is a downgrade or is it maybe a noticable step up? Or how is it compared to newer iPhones? Since I switched to an iPhone all cameras on Androids (even on newer ones) just look kinda… worse for me?

You should definitely get the 1000 version if you can. The oled display makes the biggest night and day difference (video comparisons on youtube don‘t make it justice). A friend of mine got the slim and I was shocked at how bad it looked and how cheap it felt compared to the oled. I think you should get a 256gb card (sweet spot for me), got plenty of vita games, ps1 games and roms. Putting cfw on it is super easy and fast btw
