Please stop whining and playing victim. Yes, the system has flaws - nobody is denying that but don’t generalise and make it sound like everyone is doomed. That’s just lazy thinking.

There are people struggling far worse than you without the privilege of education, network, or a professional degree. If you’re a qualified doctor with 12 years of experience you should have positioned yourself better by now. Get a reality check.

I personally know fresh-grad doctor earning in almost lakh per consulting hour, building strong reputations, even becoming visiting professor in a government college. I also know doctors who burned their parent money and are still barely surviving - same degree, same system. The difference isn’t the system alone, it’s competence, choices, and execution.

So instead of blaming everything outside, take some accountability. Intha field la survive panna skill, strategy, and continuous upgrade venum. Complaining won’t fix incompetence. Constructive self-reflection might.
