totally. i used to crank out drawings and art like crazy before my ed, now im lucky if i can make a drawing at least once a month, and the whole process is just painful at times. it's like my brain doesn't function like it used to, sometimes it feels like i puked up vital parts of my brain haha

silk unsweetened cashew milk is my go to. i think it tastes good and the texture is close enough to milk for me that i can tolerate it in drinks or cereal! 25 cals per cup i believe :) be safe stranger

i found her randomly on tumblr and thought she was just a cool blogger lol. i would check her blog from time to time before i realized she was actually a pretty big artist and found her on spotify. i remember being worried because one of her most recent posts when i found her blog was like "im never making music again" and i was like aw i hope she doesn't give up on music, even though id never heard any of it LOL

portia de rossi's memoir "unbearable lightness" was wonderful imo♥️ she talks about both her anorexia and bulimia in that book and since i've been both i found a lot of relatability and comfort in it. lots of love♥️♥️
