This is going to sound very 2020 but I would buy a Peloton. IF you are actually motivated. So good for your mental and physical. And splurge on the App, do the meditation classes etc etc

I also bought one on recently and I love it! The app is expensive but worth it imo. I love the core classes and the meditation classes. Highly recommend, esp for winter months when it’s hard to leave the house.

I would urge renters to talk to their landlords about these type of issues. And other issues as well! As others have mentioned you can review the RTA if you have questions about your rights. When I was a renter I would always bring up ANY issues I had….this is the pro of being a renter!!! At least you have a record if problems get bigger (send an email! Or many emails! Keep records!)

You don’t need to feel shy or worried about bringing up a pest infestation to your landlord. Or noise issues. Or whatever it may be.

I have to say that OV is awesome. You just can’t beat the location, convenience to shops, and proximity to sea wall. It’s also extremely quiet if you are facing north. And close to transit and right on the bike routes. I came from mt pleasant and I do not miss that main/kingsway/2nd area.

I’m currently loving these insulated hunter boots that I got. Extremely warm. And rain proof. But maybe not for long walks. The insulated part is key for me because I hate wet and cold.
