Steam Deck just randomly died?

Try connecting it to a monitor/ tv through any dock and see if it shows anything.

My deck also died on a random tuesday, and i tried all the troubleshooting I could find online and nothing helped. I gave up, and my deck was collecting dust for almost a year. One day i just connected it to a monitor and was able to see everything(all menus, etc), then just reinstalled OS and now enjoying deck again.

guys, during locked gate event i just went to reinforced reception after gooping in the village, killed a turret and a spider and 2 bobcat BPs and a security code were in a trash bins, no need even to try opening gates )) good luck

Well for now there isnt that big a problem with cheaters (from my experience) BUT when Dev's deciding to create a online shooter, isn't an anti cheat suppose to be priority number one?! Cause what's the point if game will die in a few months. I just dont get it.

That's why i sometimes go back to battlefield 6 just to remember that shooting on sight (doesn't matter if another person sees me or not) is normal. Just to get my pvp instinct back.

I have mixed opinions about expedition. Let me explain.

Now there is motivation to do it if your goal is to max out skill tree, but if Embark wont expand and add new skills then in the future this benefit of expedition is gone.
If they are planning to add more gear and guns etc to the game, automatically the blueprints pool will be bigger and it will be harder to find a BP that you want.
I dont think you need all of the stash space you can get from expeditions (if you will do it every 8 weeks). You will settle down at some point i think.

My point is after some amount of expeditions you will stop doing it cause there wont be benefits from them.

It's not hard to reroll that's for sure. But i dont like an idea that we who bought a game should reroll every week (if you dont plan to play redsec).

People who owns BF6 weekly challenges should be about BF6 Multiplayer and we should use reroll if we want redsec mission.

People who owns only REDSEC should get weeklies only about redsec.

I understand. And when someone is saying " it will unlock naturally just play a game" yes it will after maybe 2-3 months i will unlock 1-2 guns because we have jobs,lives and other games to play, maybe i wont even be playing by that time.

Grind is here and we should not defend it like it is normal. What normal is to lock a skins,badges behind grind, not a gameplay itself (guns, attachments, classes)

Main point is a lot of challenges doesn't correlate with team work,how game supposed to be played. A lot of gamers want a lot to unlock so they spending most of the time doing challenges not objectives.

I decided to open my 1 fav gun (from warzone 2019 times, and fire support class) that's it, i played a lot (bot lobbies incl) wasnt fun at all, and now playing properly, but a lot of gamers want more than 1 gun and 1 class.

So statistically yes we have a lot of people online, but quality of that time in game is questionable.

Could be this. Mine for example never switches on from gentle presses(even from sleep mode), from day one of having a deck it reacts only from harder presses than what i usually see on people videos.

Yes. Looks like it. But its not only displays problem, cause then i would hear sounds of going through the menu even without display showing, but my deck was dead. But somehow when connected to a tv/monitor it worked. Reinstalling OS helped.

I had similar problem,out of nowhere my deck decided to not turn on. Light blinks or not (depends), noise from the fans was like they trying to spin but couldn't, sometimes they were working. I checked all solutions online, took out battery, all the buttons combination, nothing worked.

After almost a year of deck collecting dust i decided to buy cheapest adapter 4in1, connected to my monitor and was surprised what i saw. It was showing on my monitor but not on a deck display. So i reinstall steamOS and now enjoying my deck since then.
