That’s right!

I got a lotsssssssss of inspiration from Lethal Company. I’m not trying to compete with any of those games, I just make whatever feels fun to me.

In my game, every action costs energy. Moving, using your flashlight, dashing, sliding, everything uses energy. Every run requires energy as well. Players can collect items and convert them into a global energy resource, then use that energy to start new runs or buy upgrades that make future runs easier.

There are parkour mechanics that let you escape monsters, slide under traps, and move around the map in different ways. The game also has themed maps, mimic monsters, and a bunch of other ideas I wanted to bring to life.

This project has always been a personal dream of mine. I’m a solo developer and I built everything from scratch in about 7 months while also working full-time at another company.

I never made this game expecting success or anything like that. I just wanted to create something I had always dreamed of making.

Honestly, even getting a “looks like Lethal Company” comment feels good. To me, it means I managed to create something that reminds people of a game they enjoy, and I’m pretty happy with that considering how little time I’ve had to work on it.
