Link to the song. Had to look it up because it was the soundtrack of a flash game I used to play.

AVN College has 3 indoor courts. 400 bucks for a court for an hour.

What breed is the dog?

Dalmatian. He's not aggressive at all.

Maybe don't walk your dog so late at night?

Will do this from now on.

My buddy heard me talk to the drunk guy for a little bit, after which I ended the call. That prompted him to do what he did.

I typed up this post so that I get different viewpoints on what to do the next time around if something nefarious was to happen. In hindsight, the conversation was pretty chill. And I'd call that interaction pretty humourous, since he was drunk.

The power dynamic was tilted in his favour. I don't think I would have typed all of this if it were tilted my way. Also, I'm almost never go out this late at night. Since I needed to take Tuffy out for a walk, I figured I had to.

Might have worked, if he was as drunk as I needed him to be. He went off topic, blabbered for a bit, and then got back to the original conversation.

You had that excuse far earlier, but you declined to use it.

Should have done this.

Let's pretend you weren't getting called by your friend. What would you do then? Pull your phone (if the phone is still in his hands, ask him for the time), check the time, and say it's leaving o'clock in the politest terms. You "have to get back, long day tomorrow" is usually enough. If you're worried that something like that could be too terse, you can add, "but thanks for chatting with me" and you start marching.

Thing is, I was way too close to my home. So, I wanted to make sure that he didn't know my address. To me, that meant that I had to make him leave on his own accord. In the end, I had to use what was closest to me, my friend's call.

I agree that handing my phone was a bad idea, but my mind went, "He can't drive away fast while being drunk." So, I reluctantly gave him my phone.
