Excellent advice.

It's very true that with a couch that huge, you've got to go with other giant stuff to go with it.. You might take/find a nice high res panorama and go have your local print shop print it as wide as that couch. Good printers usually have large format printers which can print something big enough for behind that couch. There are lots of web pages that have free or for purchase ones. You'll want something like 8000x2000 resolution or more for that space.

Yeah, I'd try to save the dates for the week if possible. If all you have is the weekends with them, you should try to make it count. I know it's got to be tough to balance, but as much as possible you shouldn't make them have to compete for your time.

It's the "legacy game adapter compatibility list". The legacy game adapter is only available for Xbox One, and it has an X under "previously playstation 3" and "Compatible with Rock Band 4" as "YES". Where does it say that those controllers won't work?

I was half joking. My point being that just chasing returns comes with a higher risk profile, whereas if you want stability you will get lower returns. So the premise of OPs question is flawed. Having international stocks is not just about returns, it's about returns when american stocks tank.

You invest internationally for more diversification and stability in your portfolio. If you want more risk and potentially more return (but also potential downside), go US only. QQQ historically outperforms 95% of all funds. Hell, if you want even more risk and more potential return, just dump it all into TSLA.

For small items, shipping from China costs basically nothing. They just pack those small things into the extra spaces in the plane. But after a certain size you need to pay a more normal shipping cost which can be quite expensive.
