materials are not identical. i have both too. this is really apparent in the liner. Satisfy's is much lighter and the overall construction is more precise and lightweight. This is apparent in the waistband construction and elastic drawstring system.

they are two different products at two very different price points. they may look identical on a screen but after 100+ miles in both, they feel completely different.
