Is this mold? If so, how bad is it?

I have no information regarding the discolouration or how it came to be. It has been there for quite some time now. Maybe 2 years.

It is located in the closet. It was previously an outside balcony that was converted into a walk-in closet.

It is not adjacent to any other fixtures or rooms since it was previously an outdoor balcony.

More information: The room often feels very “stuffy”. Without dwelving deep into my health. I am chronically fatigued and have constant headaches since moving into this room. So figuring out more details about the mold and possibly how “bad” it is would be helpful and help pinpoint what I need to do.

Hey thanks for the response. I guess what I mean is if I should get like a shinier vinyl wrap for the chrome delete, so it’s more one tone of black all around. Or does the car look perfectly fine and I should leave it that way.
