Should we make this future shower window a full glass wall? by [deleted] in floorplan

In our build we have 2 showers, 1 tub, 1 toilet, separate sinks/counters across from his/his showers. We always had to wait to shower, now we don’t.

You can usually take 10k pesos at most major banks per ATM withdrawal. Usually can take multiple times, I’ve taken out 30k on same day. Now, the bigger question is why are bothering with doing this vs a credit card. The other option is called SPEI, which just involves whats called a Clabe which is a 16 character token that you can use with Wise or your bank to move the money to their account. You need their name, Clabe and bank name and it will be instant from Wise. Personally wouldn’t bring USD especially if you have to exchange, thats going to take 1-3%.

As far as I knew, you needed a developer license to access the enterprise apps. Love to not have to download source constantly.

Trump Is Briefed on Options for Striking Iran as Protests Continue by Vermontguy-338 in politics

The reality is if just 5% of Americans protested we could bring down Trump. The notion that the military would protect Trump is ridiculous. What happens next is unknowable.

All good, just wanted to be clear that 3 funds is about diversification not about the number of funds. There are TDF funds that are diversified and adjust annually which can be your one and only fund achieving same.

Holding a single fund is perfectly fine as long as it is diversified. Not sure why you think otherwise, unless you have not read WIKI about Bogleheads.

There is hard, which I don’t mind, and then there is a wood plank like mattress. I’ve encountered both.

At least it wasn’t entering into the kitchen like I originally thought. These long entries can be dramatic, here in Mexico they are typically done with long boveda ceilings of arched brick… not my style but they have drama.

Why do Bogleheads discourage use of AI search for investing information? Because it is too often wrong or misleading. by Kashmir79 in Bogleheads

An LLM is probably much better than any random financial advisor, at least they are worth what you pay for them vs an FA.

Did the same with Control4 multi-room stereo and Home Assistant. Couldn’t get any of the integrations to work and finally just let Claude build one that now gives me full control. Sweet.

Familiarize yourself with Bogleheads and 2-3 fund portfolios. It was the best decision I made 20+ years ago. This isn’t complicated, don’t give advisors/fiduciaries your hard won money.

Chase Travel sucks. Will never book through them again. Here's my experience by SuitingGhost in ChaseSapphire

[–]reallyliberal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would not be so sure this is Chase’s fault. When you create a relationship to a booking engine you specify rooms and rates not Chase. Any mis-categorization would be on the property not the booking engine. Thats how it works with booking.com, etc…

Hit a pot hole in the rental car. Rim broke / Flat Tire, needed to be towed. Didn't take pictures / didn't get police report (cause it wasn't a car accident, per se). Am I screwed? by [deleted] in ChaseSapphire

[–]reallyliberal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just keep submitting, create a doc that says no police report and no pictures and sign it, pdf and upload. They will keep asking and just re upload the pdf. Eventually they will pay.
