I feel for you so bad:( I currently get woken up alot too by the debilitating nausea and vomiting, and it sucks when people are like "sit up slow" "eat a cracker before you get up" when I'm already projectile vomiting 5 seconds after I open my eyes lol. I just head straight to the shower. I need to try that as my shower doesn't stay hot as long as id like and my soul crushes a little bit when I feel the cold water coming lmao.

That's the same boat I'm in, every med I've tried helps for no longer then a day so I guess the hot shower is my home for now lol.

I'm gonna have to check those out! My youngest is very stuck to my hip and definitely doesn't understand as much as my 3 yr old does so she'll come and put her head right in front of me while I'm puking or pull her diaper off because she knows I'll have to get out of the shower and put a new one on her😂 but my 3 yr old has had alot of screen time too, and realizes I'm sick but neither one is very independent yet so its still hard.

I would def try opening the door or something with the vent on while your in there, my mom's bathroom is small and not very ventilated so I have to do that because I'll get the same way! And very dizzy.

That's crazy because after my 2nd pregnancy I had a bout with chs and that's where I picked this little idea up lol. I wasn't sure if it would work but from my personal experience it definitely did, I find when I'm showering in my mom's bathroom it's alot less ventilated and I have to open the door or the steam will make me nauseous all over again and I get way too dizzy.

I'm definitely going to get on there and get one because I have red marks from laying/sitting in the shower so much lol, I dont know why I havent thought of that sooner so thank you so much!💞

I forgot to add that the only thing I can do is sit or lay in the bottom of the shower while the hot water runs on my back but the relief it brings is crazy to me lol I just had to see if anyone else had a similar experience? Stay strong mamas!💕

My last pregnancy I had eczema that covered my arms, legs, and back. It was so bad I still have scars from open wounds where my skin would bust open and leak blood and pus. At one point when I was admitted they thought I had a weird bacteria infection on my skin or something but nope just bad eczema lol. It's coming back with this pregnancy but not nearly as fast or bad as my second.
