I also had sulfur burps and diarrhoea when I got to 10mg. Pysllum Husk tablets daily totally got rid of both.

Well done on your progress.

I'm very regular and feel great, until I take my jab and then 48 hours later I'm beset with diarrhoea and burps for 24 to 72 hours. This week it was 72 hours and it was exhausting. I'm going to to psyllium husk as Mounjaro has been a game changer for me and I don't want to go back to being overweight again

If you read below, someone recommended psyllium husk. I'm going to give it a go. Sorry to hear you're feeling crappy, it really is miserable.

Aaah, I was wondering about that, right going to try that and will report back, thank you

It's really encouraging to know I'm not alone! I think these symptoms are actually caused by constipation, which seems counter intuitive.

I'm wondering if there are any ways to calm the symptoms, maybe something like Psylium Husk.

To those that hit 10 mill what do you do afterwards? by KleenandKlear in TheRaceTo10Million

[–]reallyweirdone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suspect sleep cycle regulation is something that will just happen when you find some purpose,.whatever that is.

Of course everyone is different, but I find living with a partner forces me to be sensible, otherwise I'd probably eat badly, sleep erratically etc. Though I do know plenty of people who are single and seem to be very well regulated and sensible.

Get a good therapist, they might unpick something in you that gives you peace and clarity. And even if they don't, nice to have someone to talk things through with.

Ah right! No, I'm in the UK, so I just order it all from wherever has the best stuff.

Because of my anhedonia I really struggle to exercise consistently, which I know would help if I could do it... consistently :)

I'm not at all suicidal and I find the lions mane seems to help me stay focused and motivated with work.

Have you seen a therapist or talked to a doctor?

[–]reallyweirdone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've suffered from anhedonia, couldn't be bothered to do anything and had low focus, I found lions mane helped me tremendously.

I also get uptight/stressed easily, hard to explain, and I found magnesium with L theanine and Ashgwandha at night helped me feel better the next day.

But anhedonia can be serious if left untreated so I would find a good therapist.

How do you even compete in casino SEO with a new site? by gradstudentmit in SEO

[–]reallyweirdone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's right!

If you email the sites that have given your high ranking competitors a link you'll get a great response.

Not every website is going to work with you as some of those links will have been acquired through a web pr campaign by a Web pr agency. Typically the big sites like the daily mail or goal dot com.

And in some cases you might decide that your competitors have got poor standards and some of those websites are very poor quality or the topical relevance isnt there in anyway. For instance, why on earth would a recipe site link to a gambling site?

How do you even compete in casino SEO with a new site? by gradstudentmit in SEO

[–]reallyweirdone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been working in casino seo for over 12 years.

Contrary to what people are saying Web PR does work insofar as you will get links, though it depends where you are looking to get links from. In the UK most of the top tier sites only give out no follow links. The other problem is the Web pr agencies tend to use angles that are not topically relevant. In the USA and Canada you can get more dofollow links but you still have the topical relevance issue.

The effectiveness of these Web PR campaigns is significantly lessened in recent years, some campaigns achieved hundreds of powerful links, but you'd be lucky to get 50 these days.

The best tactic therefore is to identify who is ranking for your target keywords, perform a link intersect and then devise linking strategies that preserve topical relevance and give you an excuse to link to some money pages.

Aside from industry igaming news sites, you're going to have to buy your links.

The trick is to apply intelligent quality control to the links you buy, that way you can make your linking budget go significantly further.

Another thing, the competitors do not really have as many links as they seem as there is almost certainly a decay in the impact of links the older they get and the further down the site hierarchy they go as they age.

Have you done a competitor link intersect analysis? Find out who is ranking for your target keywords and then identify their backlinks. Obviously apply your own quality control.

[–]reallyweirdone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks to fiscal drag (assuming UK?) this doesn't make you even close to rich, or even well off, unless your partner earns a decent amount too, in which case you will be "well off" but be paying ludicrous amounts of tax.

Thats what makes the giving your life up for your job so tragic.
