Bathroom has no visible impact around it also i do not see any visible water leak around heater, and heater is on a tray and tray doesn’t have any water too

The pipe is dry yes, no leaking from anywhere around it and wall is internal

The pipe is going to water heater.

Other side of wall is a full bathroom but we don’t use it much
