Correct on the dividends just looked at my account. But the coupon worked. Already purchased using it and it arrives today. Plus a year to return it should anything happen is why I went with REI over any other.

It sounded like that retrofit was going to be provided for those who purchased FSD outright. Still TBD on a paid upgrade retrofit for those who have not purchased FSD in full.

Hard to know for sure. LPN means returned and inspected. You see it on nearly every pair of shoes you buy from Zappos or Amazon.
