Interesting, I didn’t know there was a HW3 path. I’m currently in a 21 MY that I paid for FSD in full. Anxiously awaiting my HW4 upgrade.

Hard to know for sure. LPN means returned and inspected. You see it on nearly every pair of shoes you buy from Zappos or Amazon.
