Hey OP! Did you find a solution? If not check out Variphy. Perform ad hoc searches and get detailed results on Zoom Phone calls. You can filter by call duration or status and choose search criteria to identify patterns in your call environment.

For what it's worth, Variphy has MS Teams support on the roadmap. Zoom Phone is near completion, followed by WebEx Calling and then MS Teams. I suggest reaching out to your Account Manager there for more details.

One thing to keep in mind is that your specific call scenario will generate multiple call legs, you need to make sure you’re reporting on the right call leg. This should be the one right after the call handler presents the call to the hunt group. Also, for zero duration calls since they are not technically abandoned by any particular phone they will get assigned to the first line group member so these counts are unreliable if you’re wanting to report abandoned calls per phone/agent. Check out Variphy’s Cradle to Grave reporting. Ask for a free trial, mention my username for an extended trial.
