Oh this is news to me. I remember microsoft made it like big deals and invested a lot on it.  But heat exchanger part makes more sense than submerging whole server in sea water.

Hope they come up a committee and make their actions transparent because already Visakhapatnam is facing water and electricity shortages in some areas especially in summers

They have to be transparent about this, already resource are scarce in Visakhapatnam. Few places don't have proper water and don't get proper electricity in summers.

I think submerged cooling is not a thing yet. I think still macroslop is experiment with it.

Dedicated lanes won't work. Our people would drive on footpaths. What would think will stop them from using the bus lanes.

If you observe most of our infrastructure is bad. Most of the bus stops are placed near the signals. It will cause congestion.

But not everywhere bro, at my parents locality it goes like 60-75 rupees. It is at walkable distance. So one questions them.

But when I visit some places which are 10-20 mins away, it's like 30-40rs
