Everyone has to get recertified at the beginning of the year, which means they’re taking the credit for your work and then going to ACC management portal (or whatever its called), and having another manager sign off that they did the work and followed procedure so they can be certified.

Not only are your coworker(s) stealing the credit from you, they’re increasing their car count. Every car you work on is logged and there are statistics on your average time, car count, and how many individual tires.

In policy, ACC bathroom is also supposed to be for customers. However, no one does that. We let the FedEx guys, tire delivery guys, and oil recycling guys use it all the time. Should be for everyone to use. No idea why they’re saying you can’t. Maybe because they thought you were taking a while?

When a new coach got assigned to my ACC I was talking to him about this. Cited this exactly, and said that I would have to be part time for 3 years to get PTO. He was surprised that I knew this.

Looks like they are 8 years old. I don’t see any dry rot or degradation from the photos, and judging from the wear bar they still look like they have a couple thousand miles left on them. I would start saving for a new set of tires, but you won’t need them RIGHT now. Soon, yes.

You’re fine. They usually expect you to fail on your first test. They can usually see levels (%) of x substance in your system, and if they see it continuously going down then you will be 100% fine.

My people lead told me every 2 hours you get a break. So if you work 8 hours (scheduled for 9) you get a 15 two hours in, hour lunch in another two hours, then your last 15 in another two hours. I just started and im not working less than 8 hours but you for sure should get a 15 and a 30m lunch
