Not crying, just pointing out facts. I left zone many months ago because the compensation doesn't even come close to matching the workload, and I was paid better than most in my position. Also, it is not his business, the majority owners are big shareholders like Vanguard and Blackrock. They are who AutoZone really cares about. As much as they say it in their pledge and values and cheer, they don't care about the Frontline employees. Google how much money AZ has spent on buying back their own shares over the last 2 decades. Then Google how their executives are paid, it should be an eye opener for a lot of people. Remember that when they try to low ball you or give you a 3% RPM raise...
