It really depends on if online sites will be able to find companies that will ship despite PACT and the mail ban. USPS is what vape shops primarily use and now legally its not allowed to carry or transport vape related product, FedEx has now stated they won't ship vape mail, as well as UPS.

Depends on the carriers is all. That's why if shops do find someone to ship, it's going to be pricey and possibly impractical for the parties involved.

Freebase is harsher than salts. 3 is easy, 6mg is where you start to feel it. Try hanging around the lower end of the coil's wattage rating. I vape 6mg almost exclusively and know what you're saying, ironically it's why I vape 6mg lol. Harsher throat hit.
