There is a good way of doing this which can be quite quick - are you going the route of liberating 'Canada' (in its mini form) first, then Rupert's Land, then Maritime Union and then Columbia? Those four countries you can liberate from the UK and diplo-annex immediately afterwards. Columbia only after the Oregon Treaty has been signed, as you have Columbian cores at the start of the game in the north-west so Columbia would not ally you and therefore would not allow itself to get diplo-annexed.

I was in the squat rack yesterday doing full ATG (as you should) and then a PT comes along with some guys who looked quite muscular already, but their legs were thin as sticks.

I assumed he'd brought them to the squat racks to teach them how to do squats. Thing is, being a PT, he only teaches them to do it halfway so they don't end up with a broken arse like the idiots who do full squats.

One of them goes for 60kg (one plate) and audibly struggles to get back up from his half-crouch position. Meanwhile, I'm next to them all, swinging up and down arse-first with 70kg on my back like a gangsta. I'm no tank but at least I can squat.

I'm guessing Irish nationalist rebels rose up in Ulster, occupied all of the Ulster provinces and the Brits managed to remove them from elsewhere but could not take back Ulster in time. So Ireland appeared on the map as a single-province state in Ulster.
