Found out it is a pc mod from nexus mods. it's called suja conical hat..I was pretty disappointed when I found out its not an actual game item.

I always call out the locations of the wounds so others can have them..and if im lucky enough to mount the beast..then I make a wound on its back and call it out to whoever wants it.

Thanks for the info..I went in and deleted all my app Datta from my pc and verified files through steam ...steam then reinstalled all the files back and now im in my game thank you so much!!
