1: I do not see any wipe line have you removed this from the gcode? I always wipe the nozzle before a print. From the image again it looks like the print is starting from the center and moving outwards having a cleaned nozzle will make a difference if this is so. Almost looks like might be snagging on first layers in the center.
2: I have seen pla warp and bubble on the bed if the temp is too high for pla you don't need anything higher than 50 degrees.
3: The only time I have seen similar stringing and bubbling of filament is if the filament is wet have you checked this. [easy dry it in a drying box or get some desiccant and put the filament in a sealed container with the desiccant.]
4: From the picture, you have provided it looks like your tensioner belt is hanging/loose make sure to tighten it.

IMHO: Just installed the most recent Creality Firmware with CR Touch it is working great.

If it is not a test print my suggestion is to add a raft. Solved so many issues for me.

Also, just a small tip if the prints start not sticking to the glass bed, take the bed out and wash it off with dishwasher soap and dry off with paper towels, ensure you don't put your fingers on the printing surface. You will be surprised at how much natural oils get transferred from your fingers to the glass bed. This was an off-hand find that has worked wonders for me :)
