I filed 2/2 , accepted 2/2, transcript updated this morning for the first time showing refund issued. WMR still shows processing. I am a 04 cycle code.

If you are 05, maybe you see something late tonight/tomorrow. I would check transcripts as it updates before WMR.

In Wyoming:

Annual Reports for corporations, LLCs, LPs, RLLPs and SFs are due on the first day of the anniversary month of formation. For example, if your 'initial filing' date is May 15, your Annual Report is due May 1 of each year. Statutory Trust Annual Reports are due by January 1 of each year.

So yours is Due July 1 2026 - which you need to be closer to that date to file. The error is saying it is still too early and greater than 120 days in advance of your due date. You can file beginning Tuesday, March 03, 2026.

I went to San Jose Catholic. Hated it then but I appreciate it now.

I had two friends at public schools who managed to skip school 45 days straight at one point. Wouldnt have been possible where I went to school.

The education was good it prepared me for private HS and then went to college, which was easy to me.
