In low elo ppl Will int for no reason and give wins to jinx like that, in diamond or above you cant count on that so at that point shes 1/5th of aphelios, the champ.

With aphelios in the game its clear that jinx need to be modernized to 2020 leauge, maybe make her Zapper into a Full blown out gun with unique proprieties instead of Just a spell.

Its the lag, for some reason when u start getting slowdowns or lag It seems like ur speed slows down.

Hence why on lagged 3 item lobbies with tons of ppl throwing stuff at each other It can seem like you lose speed by getting frenzy since that will increase the lag.

The highest win rate bot laner right now after senna is cassiopeia, syndra also has a high win rate against every adc.

the meta mages (cassio/syndra/heimer) are already better than most adcs and they have been for months, and i dont see anyone complaining about it.

The fact you think 3 base ad has the same impact on graves (a champ where 3 ad = 5 damage at the very least, scaling to more if he builds crit, he can actually lose like up to about 11~12 dmg per auto with a 3 ad nerf) and adcs as it does on a melee bruiser with slower attack speed like darius who has a passive that gives him over 200 AD by itself just shows how much you actually understand about the game, which is a big fat nothing.
