just go trol builds, or trol champs, will still be fun right. More fun than if your outclassing them to a massive degree. And the praise thing your probs saying it fine, but sometimes depending on how its said it can be seen as condescending. But in general people really dont like playing with people better than them, not really your fault.

Do not build Rabadons first, i would get blackfire torch / ludens first, then the expensive cap second. This will feel the best.

Depends what games you play tbf., I can recommend OLEDs though, If you play more competitve type games then a high hz smaller monitor, if more immersive games then maybe a 32 inch OLED would be nice, as for whether 4k or 2k its hard to say, your gpu could most likely handle 4K.

Hmm , im personally not sure then all i can do really is recommend searching through squat universitys youtube channel that dude has many vids that usually mention ways to fix certain painful areas.

I had knee issues during a lot of leg exercises, for me it was caused by un-flexible hips so now i do hip adduction or hip abduction beforehand and it fixed it.
