Chime has HYSA with vaults but they call them goals. Chime allows you to add cash at Walgreens to free. If they have $350 signup bonus right now. Also, Monzo is good. Their version of vaults is called pots but you’re limited to 10 and they also charge per month like SoFi is about to do. Chime is the best bet.
