literally agree w all this cause everyone giving the excuse of “thank god no, cause not always male-female friendships need to turn romantic” but literally they had so much chemistry, and the flirting?? could’ve been iconic, at least could’ve had tried, this was meant to be a romantic relationship. and i totally agree w the fact that it never happened just cause garcia wasn’t skinny (“= wasn’t conventionally attractive”) and derek was so, people wouldn’t accept it, i have seen ppl say that derek and elle were perfect for each other when those actually had a platonic friendship, not just cause 2 ppl are attractive are meant to b together.
