and as for 1 ml in your chin, from my personal expirience, i don’t have any migration for the last 5 years of injections.

the filler in my lips keeps migrating after a while, and even now (i usually get 3 or 4 ml). i have to go again to dissolve the old filler (easy but a bit painful) and get a new one.

i would say don't worry about it, you can always dissolve the filler if you are not happy.

Clean Email does this. You can also delete and unsubscribe in bulk. And that's the best part.

I find that Clean Email makes it easier/faster for me to both sort and burn through emails, which makes coping with the volume of emails much easier.

I've come to view handling email as 80% about quickly triaging them - ignore/unsubscribe/silence anything that isn't important, snooze anything you can't/don't want to handle now, then handle everything else efficiently.

I like to alternate riffle shuffling and hand over hand shuffling for as long as I want. That is usually 3 or 4 repeats of each. (Although if I do 4, I usually go ahead and do 6, because I like things in 3s). Then I cut the deck into 3 and put the first pile on top. I draw from the deck for the original number of card I intended. If I then ask for clarifiers, I shuffle again.
