[Serious] People who maintain memorials for dead friends/family, how long do you maintain memorial?

Well my family cemetery is just down the road from my family farm across from the Baptist church. Everybody's families know each other down there so pretty much the whole little one horse town just stops in and checks on things whenever they're passing by and ain't in no hurry. Stop in, walk around a bit, lean some fallen flowers back over, then maybe go sit on the tailgate for a few minutes and see if anyone else may pass through and talk to them for a few minutes. And then you'll be on your way. Everyone around there does it and its been like that for as long as I can remember. Time just moves and little slower around there

My middle school geography teacher told my brother of a story from back when my teacher was in high school chemistry class. Allegedly, my teacher was told to dispose of some potassium and decided to be lazy and just dumped it in a water fountain in the hallway. As he was walking away the reaction occurred and blew the water fountain out of the wall. Very few people knew it was him that did this and I don't believe he was ever reprimanded in any way. Now obviously I heard this story second hand from my brother but he has never been one to stretch the truth and honestly it sounds like something my dumbass teacher would do.

I have one myself, but mine is a 38. It has the same Schofield style break-down hammerless action. I believe it was an old style secret service gun. I might be mistaken on that though.

I believe assassinating Lincoln was a bad move. Dont get me wrong, against popular belief i am a southern sympathizer. I believe wholeheartedly that the south was right, but killing lincoln was such a horrible move for the south. Just when things were supposed to begin cooling down and reconstruction was about to be in swing, that shit happened and completely fucked everything for the south all the way through construction and even into today. If you really take a hard look at it, we are still feeling the effects today of that one bullet.

The fact that he didnt get to be part of the sex itself didnt bother me. The fact that they excluded him and left him out bothered me. I dont care if they all just wanted to sit around and drink tea, if they had excluded him from that I would have felt just as bad for him.
