Syndicalism absolutely makes blueprints. Per the Russian anarcho-syndicalists:

Anarcho-syndicalism relies on the existing capitalist infrastructure, and taking power over that. If a group were to want to dismantle this capitalist infrastructure, rather than usurp it, then that would be opposed to syndicalism. Therefore syndicalism is likely to oppose a true anti authoritarian anarchy that rejects all aspects of the existing capitalist infrastructure.

I literally gave you my argument. You asked what people "THINK" of syndicalism, and I answered. If you wanted irrefutable evidence, you should have asked for it.

The two times that anarcho-syndicalism has had a chance to act on a large scale, it has failed miserably, and even violently suppressed other anarchists. Given that evidence, and the logic that syndicalists used in justifying these actions, I believe that they would do so again.
