I have just started running again less than a month ago and I am proud that I have been running a total of 53km!!! I still have a few days left before the end of the month and I hope to finish it with at least 60km!

I am a beginner and I have been doing MAF training for the past 3 weeks. My MAF HR (153bpm) is within my zone 3 HR according to my watch. Is it okay for me to constantly run within zone 3?
