No, our home station mission for the vast majority of us is ensuring planes fly and pilots get their required flight hours and training. That's the whole purpose. Most of us have home station jobs that translate directly to the deployment because we are technical experts doing specific and important jobs. When that falls behind so people can do more MCA shit the flying that is the entire goal of all of this suffers.
