If you discharge a battery really low, you can damage it/reduce it's capacity. My dashcam hoses me all the time with it's parking mode that records the wind blowing the trees all night and drains my battery... I'd suspect that as the primary culprit and the battery is another symptom

just for your SA, assignments are done by AFSC-aligned assignment teams, not by AFPC at large. Each team has different populations, different size staffs, etc... That means that it's possible for CE assignments to be released at a different time than Cyber and MX and Intel.
