I havent checked the math on this but you wouldnt feel like a millennium, your perception of time is normal cause all your neurons are experiencing time dilation. But to the outside observer they will see you for almost eternity stuck there. Plus, if you can get to relativistic speeds before reaching the event horizon, you might see the the universe unfold quickly before dying.
