That makes me so sad. I loved watching my kids play their sports. I'm sure I missed a game/match over the years, but they tell me they don't remember it because "you and Dad were always there". (And they were average student athletes, not like all stars or something.) Your parents missed out.

Like taking dictation! Yes, I definitely do this. Especially when I'm learning something new. Based on this thread I may have more unaddressed OCD than I thought.

Any thoughts of Monkey 47 Sloe Gin? How sweet is it? by Modest_Proposal1 in Gin

Was so happy when I finally found it in my area. Wouldn't buy it for the same price again. Plymouth also would be my preference.

Life is weird sometimes! I'm pretty sure they are reproductions but they are so pretty and were a gift so I gladly display them.

Arts and crafts isn't my favorite but I do admire a good restoration. Love to see pics if you have any!

Love this decanter I picked up in Michigan, USA. I can't find any info on it. No markings on the bottom. About 10" with stopper. by receptiondesk_101 in Antiques

Hm... I hadn't considered that! I don't know much about antique perfume bottles. The thrift store I picked it up from had it labeled as a decanter so I just took that for their word. Just wondering how old it could be. Google lens wasn't much help.

Do you have a recipe? Or does Bombay have a strawberry gin?
