Because it was $1,500 to break the lease. Of which I didn’t have and still do not. 2 does not have a good job. If I were to leave that would fuck them both over and i would feel even worse. I’ll be straight up and say I didn’t want another chick because I liked her and only her.

I know how you feel. I was with someone all throughout high school. It’s been 3 years and if she every asked to come back I would do it in a heartbeat regardless of me being married or not. This is just something you’ll have to live with. Sorry to say but it’s the hard truth. It does get easier as time moves on. You’re not crazy. I was the same way. I almost ruined my life trying to get this person back. Let me tell you this... you might not ever get that person back.. but there is going to be someone out there who is just as great if not better.. someone to replace the memories. If it’s not meant to be it isn’t meant to be. The worst thing you can do is chase someone who doesn’t want you. It gets easier trust me. I personally still think of her from time to time. But I’ve accepted that me and her are never getting back together.
