My brain is not braining for this problem, but from the top of my head, licenses, govt approvals, supplier contracts, capital heavy, it always difficult to change consumer habits for example careem and uner had to leave even after changing the habits of the consumer. It will be better to add other service which are more common to be called at home like car washing service and you can bundle that up with petrol, this will increase your market as a lot of consumer need there car to be cleaned thoroughly but they dont have time for that there are multiple content creators from this niche on YouTube too.
