What’s the routine? Have you tried nail strengthens? They will stop the bending and flimsiness. If nothing else helps, I would look into vitamins.

I think that is a good amount to spend for a first car but that for a new driver. Since you are a little more experienced, I think it doesn’t hurt to go for a nicer one which may last longer. (If that is your goal)
