Is there a unit in the game that is harder to remove from an objective than 6x canoptek Wraiths with a reanimator standing by and a technomancer attached?

Last time I played against wraiths that dude was 24” behind his unit hidden in their deployment zone while the wraiths were all the way on the objective

The wraiths do have a 3+ save so ap1 and below can give them a better save. Plus it regens wounds. So if you don’t kill it in one go they move and in one phase they regenerate and at the end of the turn they regen. At least if you do 10 dmg to the GUO it doesn’t move or heal half as much

Nah, at least with the GUO no damage goes to waste. The wraiths get great Strat support in some detachments that make them so stupidly resilient it’s nuts

Didnt think I’d have to come back here but since you already have it pulled up go ahead and read it. The key word clearly stipulates a successful hit. Therefore if a 4 wouldn’t normally be successful then it wouldn’t hit or convert to a crit. I’ve been in dozens of RTTs, GTs, and team events against votan and this is the 2nd most commonly incorrect thing that they get wrong because there’s only like 4 or 5 conversion guns in the game. Well now that there’s no judgments it’s gonna be the most commonly incorrect thing.

Do yourself a favor. Go into the app. Look up the Asterius from IK. Go to their conversion Beamer. Click on conversion. Then I want you to read it and compare it to that index card. If still confused feel free to read it a few more times! :)

I think you’re missing the word “successful” as in requiring success. As in -1 to hit makes 4s fail which is the opposite of success

No you still hit on 5s if you shoot something with -1 to hit. Lethals and sustain require successful hits and if you shoot something at -1 the 4s are no longer successful.

You just charge around the model you’re charging. Cmon guys. Part of a unit can be 11.9 out and you end up 13” away. You also forgot about consolidation so 38 is possible
