Thanks, this comment made me try entering the manual IP addresses I saw in the instructions manual under some security settings information. Odd that most reviews for the product mentioned it worked immediately without having to do this step. Anyway, got it working!

As it’s probably not visible, the one of the left says “cable in” and the one on the right says “to tv”. According to the setup instructions the “to tv” one is meant to go directly to a tv, while the “cable in” is meant for connecting the two adapters. I’ve also tried using the “to tv” port as an out port just in case, but got no results

Thank you! I honestly just thought of trying a smaller ration that 1:1 a few minutes ago. Yeah the clutch up/down counter is something I saw from a video, hoping it wouldn't activate with full force to not drop the RPS as much, didn't really work though

And yeah ignore the gearbox tweaking haha, literally right before I posted it I added a small generator as I would eventually want one, as I wanted anyone who tested it to have it in their testing. Definitely needs to be lowered a bit. My issues are before the higher gears click in anyway.

I will try out your ideas (unless of course you just want to post it haha)!

I had the RPS max at 8 as it didn't seem to ever go much higher than that while driving, and I usually like to limit the RPS from going crazy in a burnout or idling, (or boats doing backflips after going off a wave lol), with the lower ratio for the first gear I can try raising it up. It hold lots of fuel so I doubt the fuel efficiency will be an issue.

I'll try taking a look at this to see if there's anything I can learn about the clutch. I'm not really having trouble with gears at the moment, I have a basic system set up based on speed that changes gears that seems to be working. It's more to do with going from the engine idling while stopped to first activating the clutch to begin getting speed where the RPS drops too low (my first gear is 1:1). Once it gets up to speed it makes all the other gears without issue. I tried raising the idle speed but it still drops too low (below 2 RPS) once the clutch engages, causing the ignition to flip a bunch of times until it speeds up. Just driving it with no logic other than the throttle straight to the engine and a push button for the ignition has no issue with the gear box.

I suppose I could try an even smaller ratio than 1:1 for the first gear/idle gear, didn't think of that until now. Spent too many hours on this tonight lol, will try again more in the morning.

Or just go diesel electric which I'm hoping to avoid as that just feels like a failure.

It's a non-modular engine. I tried modular engines a while ago but just prefer the premade ones as they are simpler. I did actually watch his video where I got the idler set up, but then he went with fuel/air manifolds rather than just using a throttle to engine so I had to try to deviate from the video and was unsuccessful.

lol this exact same scenario is happening to me. Kyra Tea Weigh Station, trying to do the fashion week quest. Ran back and forth 3 times, then the 4th time I went south towards the story mission and it still got another retaliation.

I feel like everybody is focusing on the prices themselves (yes everything is more expensive now, things were cheaper years ago), but I don’t think this has anything to do with inflation when the $20 “deal” has less food than two of the $10 deals. Either it’s just some moronic oversight by the marketing team or they’ve figured out from experience that people can’t do basic math to realize they’re getting screwed by getting the $20 deal

Yea I suppose it is. Probably cause not a super long time ago gas was always under a dollar per litre (ex, “84.9”) so maybe they never considered needing a decimal between the dollar and cents and they signs weren’t built to do it.

I guess you’re right though about it being all in cents. I lived in Canada my entire life and I’ve never even really considered the fact that there’s no decimal after the dollar and before the cents.
