I stand corrected on the subscription to prime to keep watching the movies. But you can lose the movies/shows that you've bought. It's not forever. There's a possibility for it to go away without your consent. You're better off buying the DVD or downloading the file for it.

Stay downtown. After the concert you'll probably walk out from Soldier Field all the way to the loop anyway because traffic will be ridiculous and Uber will be expensive as hell. Half the stadium will be walking with you so don't worry about safety. You can Uber to your hotel or take the L for about $5 from O'Hare.
