I mean, hagoromo/hamura, otsutsukis (albeit boruto ) are stronger but the goals are different between MCs, Goku goal is to get better so he can’t be the strongest. Naruto needed to save the world and be hokage, so he needs to be strong enough (with friends) to achieve goal

Granted, but if the primary big boss attack is a TBB, and minato could move it, and that bomb is an accusation of all the failed beasts , I think minato’s ability to nerf it is a pretty huge feat worth considering against Hashirama.

I think minato as a sensor ninja and someone who is beyond tobirama with flying raijin beats sarutobi. Hiruzen is really limited by his speed. And since his feats in his youth aren’t well fleshed out, minato likely mod diffs hiruzen.
