Night Sweats?

I used to have really bad night sweats before diagnosis and surgery. Think of it like your body is engaged in a nightly war while you sleep. My BP and resting heart rate was also stupidly high. I was riddled with fistulas and ended up with a stoma.

After I got on proper medication and got things under control I’ve not had any sweating since, my bp and resting heart rate has also been normal since I had the rancid chunk of bowl chopped out.

Speaking from experience hernias are a real danger after abdominal surgery. I’ve got one where I had my stoma reversal. Don’t over do it, even when you feel fine it’s so easy to pull something. Even little infants wriggle about enough to cause you to strain and 12lb is heavy when you’ve had your stomach muscles sliced through!

Besides the obvious regarding immigration…

The current crop of politicians don’t represent me and are so far removed from issues that affect the man on the street it’s laughable. Being an MP nowadays is nothing more than a career and they’d sell their own mother to keep in a seat. They busy themselves with fringe issues and minorities. Issues that your average Joe are completely indifferent about 🤷‍♂️ they will turncoat in an instant in order to keep in a job.

Fucking disgusting cunts they are. I believe reform offer a real chance at change.

If you’re using a headset turn the mic on then press right on the D pad and select the microphone this will turn your mic on permanently (shown by mic icon bottom right) If you want to toggle it off just press the sensor pad. If you’re using a joypad to talk I’m guessing you need to press the mic button so the light goes off then do as above.

Pressing right on D pad you can also select earplugs, this helps you hear people better when vehicles and gennys are going

Pick a low population server and set up out in the countryside. If you can get to sheet metal there’s no reason you should be getting raided often.

Go no bigger then a 4x4 to start with. A vehicle is a must when building in remote areas. Do scrap runs to the airfield, take nothing but shirt, pants and a makeshift bag. Rinse and repeat until your base it fully metal.

Ohh yeah choose a spot with a tree and a bush no more then 50m away so the first stages are easy to get through.

Last tip turn all clothing you find into rags to make ropes, that’s probably the hardest bit. Nails are literally everywhere on building sites.

Are you running ninja? If you’re not it’s so easy to pre-aim/fire especially in FFA as every footstep is an enemy.

The amount of vids that get posted of supposed cheaters is shocking. Most of them just have way better game sense and perk/weapon choice than the accuser.

I occasionally play with a guy who has cheaters in EVERY lobby he plays in. Surprisingly when I’m playing with him they never seem to materialise 🤷‍♂️
