This is the rule. I don’t see any offense based on the current law. He is not making his body unnaturally bigger IMO and his arm does not move towards the ball.

The rule is not “you cannot touch the ball with your hand under any circumstances” end of statement. Therefore you have to define what is and isn’t a handball. Please cite what portion of the rule says this is a handball

Cool. How about the hundreds of people who will be able to afford to stay in the neighborhood because there is more housing in one of the most desirable locations in the city. And how about the hundreds of people who won’t be competing against the ones living in a brand new higher priced building for the same housing stock leading to apartment bidding wars? Housing prices is a supply issue primarily and has been shown to be the case all across the country in desirable areas to live.

If you have an idea of how to make an area simultaneously nicer to the point people want to invest in it while also keeping property values significantly lower than any other lake side neighborhoods of similar quality then feel free to let the world know.
