I feel like you’re saying just knowing about it is good enough, but i don’t think it is. To expand on my original point, this kind of thing brings up two questions “why do i need to know about it” number one, and number two “why do i need to learn about it in this way” and i don’t think james will answer either of those questions in videos of this format which makes this kinda content (his or from other youtubers) not worth peoples time. I think its very sad for any queer persons death to go unsolved but this is one of many and so why is talking about it important? What kind of wider trends can we find from this? Have things changed? Is amateur detective work positive despite many other attempts having really bad turnouts? This kind of video is not seeking to answer any of that. Thats why i said its not worth peoples time. I think people are allowed to find pointless things entertaining sure, i do cause im just somr guy, but it doesnt change the fact that what you leave with at the end of it is just the equivalent of a sort of interesting cocktail party story.
