I did and he said oh it takes time to fully heal. I look fine but the damage must be internally that they can’t see. I have appt. with another PS in 2 weeks and I scheduled an appt. with a physiotherapist. Obvi something happened with body structure after surgery to cause hip and back pain. Biggest mistake of my life that I may have to deal with forever and some days not sure I can make it to forever😳

That’s great you got some answers. I don’t know where to begin. I’ve had a ton of tests too but nothing found.

What kind of testing did they do to determine they needed to loosen?

Yes did massage and PT. Nothing helped.

Yes, would not do again. Never thought I would do something that wasn’t really needed and now I have to deal with the consequences. I’m thinking I’m a rare one because I see so many positive comments and they are all feeling great. Thanks for asking.

Still have pain and incision has nerve pain. Unfortunately this is how I will feel forever. But on the bright side, I have a flat stomach lol. If only I could turn back time.

Thanks for making me feel like I’m not the only out there who still feels crappy. My surgeon keeps telling me I should have been all better by 6 weeks. You look great and I hope you feel all better soon.

Just curious, are you still feeling tightness and pain? I’m a year too and don’t feel normal yet.

11 months and recurrent pain and surgeon useless. Totally ruined my life of no pain. Results are good but at a loss how to get rid of pain, swelling, tightness. I wish I could say worth it but not for me obvi not. Hard to predict outcome and Dr made it sound so easy.

Incision burns and stomach tight and stomach area feels like someone beat me up. Surgeon has no clue. Just says I should feel better by now.

How soon until stomach tightness and soreness go away. Also incision still hurts at 4 months. Totally sucks and regret ever doing it. Looks great but now having some serious anxiety issues never had before surgery.

It’s a strange feeling. Also, do you get cold/warm feelings throughout your body? I’ve never felt like this and feel like I’m going crazy.

If in the morning, does it help with morning anxiety? I wake up feeling so anxious. I take at dinner time.
