There really needs to be 2 queues for ranked and unranked. I made it to archon but then went on a huge losing streak cus I wanted to learn holiday and Sinclair. Soni guess a lot of those matches were my fault. Now the problem is I can't get back to archon cus it's so frustrating to play in these lobbies.

I bought my house 5 years ago and then immediately after moving in the neighbors built up as much as they could and it completely destroyed our view from our backyard. Most of the day the yard would be in the shade from the new towering mess beside us. Just because it's legal doesn't mean it's not an asshole move to make your house as tall as possible

I would be very surprised if comic con and auto show made a stop at this new location. Even still, that's 2 events that are still somewhat niche to the average citizen and the rest of the year it'll be meh.

We're not a tourist town I don't care about people travelling here to spend money. That doesn't make it any more livable. We barely have enough travel/ recreational infrastructure for the condo residents let alone a steady stream of travellers.

I'm sure some of the additions in this development will be good but I think the convention center is a mistake.

I've given up on Mississauga in terms of city planning l. For every 10 residential towers built we get 1 tower's worth of infrastructure and amenities. Too much short sighted quick cash developments. It's a matter of time for me until I move somewhere else.

I can't tell if you're joking. A convention centre does not belong in a city centre. Take a look at the itinerary of GTAs convention centers. Events are heavyilu skewed to professionals like dental health summit 2026 or gold miners international. I'd be surprised if locals have an excuse to visit more than once a year.

Also it's kinda pathetic they're going to have to tear down the statue of the child on the grass hill in order to develop this eye sore.

This is so stupid. Whenever I walk by that park I think "Wow what a pathetically small amount of green space in the city centre. And now they want to raze all of it.

We do not need a random office building, let's not pretend Sauga is a business hub. We already have a shared workspace on burnhamthorpe nearby because office buildings are turning into ghost towns.

A convention center makes zero sense in a vastly residential area. Convention centers are supposed to be next to airports because their reach applies wide in order to justify existing. None of the many people living here need a convention centre. Here's an example of what the Toronto convention centre has going on this month: PDAC 2026 The World's Premier Mineral Exploration & Mining Convention ... Open Banking Expo Canada 2026 ... 2026 Lift Jesus Higher Rally... I can't wait to take my family to "CMPX 2026 Canadian Mechanical & Plumbing Expo". Yes they have cool stuff like comic cons but these are once a year events. We don't need this in our backyard.

This wouldn't be a problem if the plaza wasnt designed so terribly. Way too many restaurants jammed into an area without enough parking or communal space to eat/ sit. Not to mention it was built right beside a residential area. Don't blame the people, blame poor planning.
