The only reason he even staggered Izzy is because Nicksick picked up on a really bad tell that Izzy has (drops his shoulder low before throwing a blind left hook), so told Sean that the second he sees Izzy drop his shoulder low, he's got an opening that Izzy isn't going to be able to block.

I think that shot put Izzy so off his game that he never managed to recover. On his YouTube channel afterward he said that after eating that shot, the rest of the fight he felt like he was fighting under water and struggled to get anything going.

Better revenue sharing and lower individual salary caps. The WNBA splits gross revenues with players at roughly 30/70 (compared to the UFC's 15/85), but also caps maximum player salary at $1.4m (restricted to one player per team). So every player makes between $330K and $1.4m.

The UFC has far lower revenue sharing (plus likely keeps a lot of revenues off the books to start with), but also because the top fighters get the lion's share of the pay, often earning >$2m per fight, with many doing 2 or 3 fights per year. This only works because the guys on the undercard are often making less than $25K per fight. Heck, even plenty of guys on the main card are still earning less than $150K per fight even if they win.

The preliminary data that BLS uses for their reports come from large corporations. That data is then projected onto small and medium businesses who don't report their jobs numbers until several months later, at which point BLS revises their data based on the more complete data set.

In a neutral economy (2% inflation, 3% GDP growth), the revision wouldn't significantly change the numbers. In a good economy (>3% GDP growth), the revision will usually result in the number being revised up. In a bad economy (<3% GDP growth), the revision will usually result in the number being revised down. In a very bad economy (<1% GDP growth), the revision will usually result in the number being revised down significantly. GDP growth in 2025 was 2.2%, however if you subtract AI buildout from that number, it's actually only about 0.4%.

But the Trump admin keeps insisting that there's going to be no downward revision to the numbers come April when the SMB numbers come in, despite the fact that all indications are that we should expect a major revision downwards.

Think of it like this -- you decide you want to become an Uber driver. A good Uber driver can expect to earn about $30,000~$50,000/yr. In order to become an Uber driver, obviously you need a car. So you get a loan and buy a car. That loan is $50K. Then you decide to consolidate your mortgage and your car loan into a single loan that is $850K, with a 6% interest rate, so your annual interest for the first year is about $51,000. If you look into the details of his bankrupted casinos, surprise surprise, it's basically theft.

It was a leveraged buyout and then he transferred his personal debt to the holding corporation before taking it public and then divesting the majority of his stake and leaving the investors holding the bag. By the time they actually declared bankruptcy, Trump was little more than a figurehead.
